Introducing Rev. Peter Marshall

Peter Marshall is a Presbyterian minister and evangelist, who for over thirty years has ministered on Christian growth and maturity across the United States. He believes that God allowed the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001 as a wake-up call to bring America back to Himself.

With the nation at war, his increasingly prophetic ministry now focuses on two major themes: First, the urgent necessity of recovering the original American vision, and the truth about our Christian heritage. How can we defend America if we don't know who we are?

His other major emphasis is the equal importance of putting 2nd Chronicles 7:14 into practice. Son of the late Dr. Peter Marshall and author Catherine Marshall, he graduated from Yale University and Princeton Seminary, and then served as pastor for twelve years. Since 1977 he has devoted himself to a continent-wide ministry of preaching, teaching and writing. He and David Manuel have co-authored three best-selling books about God's call on America and His hand on our history -- The Light and The Glory, From Sea to Shining Sea, and Sounding Forth the Trumpet. He lives on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
