“The Reverend Peter Marshall is a prophetic voice God has raised up to remind this nation of its spiritual heritage, its blessings and its purpose, while calling the nation to repentance before it is too late.”

Tours on America's Christian heritage

Four or five exciting days in Massachusetts, seeing, learning and experiencing God’s hand in the founding of America, with Peter Marshall as your tour guide, telling you what really happened.

Day 1:
Plymouth and the Pilgrims
Day 2:
Boston: The first half of the Puritans and the Freedom Trail, and the afternoon free for shopping.
Day 3:
Boston: The second half of the Puritans and the Freedom Trail, and possibly Salem in the afternoon.
Day 4:
Lexington and Concord, and the start of the War for Independence
Day 5:
Optional fun trip to Nantucket Island (shopping and sightseeing)

Notes:

Tours do not take place on a regularly scheduled basis. When there is a group of people who want one, or when there is a definite possibility of creating a group for a tour, contact our office and we can begin to plan the details.

Cost is estimated to be between $1500 to $1800 per person, depending on the number of people on the tour, what kind of airfare discounts are available for group travel, motel charges, etc. That price estimate includes air fare, motel, bus or van rental, Peter Marshall's fee, and meals. The price estimate is assuming a full-length tour of four teaching days and one fun day on Nantucket Island, but shorter tours could be scheduled (though good parts of the usual tour would have to be sacrificed), in which case the cost would drop somewhat. Travel days would be before and after the tour, so the full tour would probably take an entire week. If people were coming from the eastern half of the country, it is conceivable that a church pastor bringing people would not have to miss a Sunday (flying into Boston on Sunday evening, and flying out the next Saturday). A minimum group would be 6-8 (though that could be expensive); maximum 45-50 (bus load). There is much walking (especially on Boston's Freedom Trail) and standing, so people have to be fit, and wheelchair use is discouraged (although possible). The group furnishes a coordinator to make all arrangements, in consultation with Peter Marshall Ministries. For further information, please call our office: 800-879-3298.
